Our farms!A agricultural nuisance to our country, the Gypsy moth consumed over 300 types of plant species, every 5 to 10 years we have a serious infestation and it looks like its happening again! Gypsy moths are known to eat 100% of the foilage off a tree! Normally a tree could recover from such an even but it makes them more susceptible to fungas and diseases! This also stunts growth! When gypsy moths attack our orchards of apple or peach trees and so on it cuases serious damage to our food count! Theres even been spottings of the Asian gypsy moth which has a diet of over 500 diffrent types of plants! We must find a way to exterminate the pest before it cuases serious harm to our economy
